The cob house is fresh for this warm weather. The land has been restored and planted with several fruit trees and local species. It has 5 years of "natural agriculture" techniques.
Located in a nice cultural environment, very chill, safe, and surrounded by respectful neighbours.
Lake Peten Itza the second largest lake in Guatemala is 15 minutes walk and 5 or less minutes by car.
Small village, perfect for calm and privacy. But also warmly welcomes you if you want to interact.
